Nice, large, clean rooms. Very helpful doormen who were happy to help when we had issues/questions about ride share requests. We had a problem with reservations we made for seasonal afternoon tea. The promoted cherry blossom tea was not available when we showed up for a reservation we made that there was no record of. Several staff members would benefit from hospitality training. We found several lacking in basic knowledge about the hotel. Hotel would benefit from more English speaking staff.

Great location, only steps from a Main rail station, but also in a peaceful area. The room was very spacious and comfy.

Location was great, but the room was run down and showed its age. When we arrived the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom, and we had to contact the front desk to get engineering sent up to fix. Staff were very dismissive and cold. There were multiple areas of previous water damage and staining, bathmats were fraying at the edges and worn. During our stay I had ordered from Taobao to be delivered to the hotel which I had to go down multiple times to find my deliveries with one of them being completely lost. Staff again were dismissive and I had to result in other means to try and get it resolved. For a 5 star hotel and the price we expected better.

Worst hotel experience in Shanghai. Lobby Entrance and elevator both leaking!

Good hotel with nice staffs. Gym equipments need some update.

Perfect hotel

The room is spacious and the beds very comfortable. The food quality in its restaurants could be better in comparison with many restaurants outside.
