The staff was very helpful and patient with us. They helped us navigate the area as well as helped us order a taxi to and from the hotel the place was very clean and the amenities were of high quality.

reception was very friendly and flexible, as i was able to check in earlier than expected to my hotel.

The main benefit here is the friendly staff. Willing to accommodate. Hotel was in a great location with walking distance to the beach and to MCliff (a really nice bakery and cafe place). No issues with the room we were in and we found it was better to get a taxi from the hotel. We did not take advantage of their shuttle however.

I have enjoyed my couple of days at this hotel the staff were very helpful.

Wonderful hotel close to the airport! The only thing to note is the airport shuttle is only one way so you'll need to take a taxi. The shuttle will take you back in the morning and it runs on the hour. You can always get an Uber if you don't use the shuttle. I would stay here again. Had a great room for families larger than 4.

The bed was comfy. I didn't use any of the other amenities since i was only there overnight.

Clean room. Staff very mediocre. Poor service. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. front desk will help yoh find a taxi BUT WILL NOT VERIFY HOW MANY LUGGAGES YOU MAY HAVE. Front desk called a taxi, the taxi driver wanted to charge 5,000 extra won on top of a base of 15,000 won simply for a third check in luggage. Front desk did not try to resolve the issue and went back inside, then the taxi left. I would recommend using the uber app that allows you to clarify whether you want a larger or smaller taxi and gives a range for price (we paid less than 11,000 won using Uber)
