This place likes to re use the same room for guests and make you wait til after 2pm before checking you in and leave you waiting for hours if you arrive on an early morning flight. My room stunk of cigarette smoke constantly thanks to smokers at pool bar in front of my room. They need allocated smoking areas. Breakfast was a la carte with nice options. Dinner here was ok but it was frozen in the middle... The pool was really deep, not good if you cant swim. They need extra sunbeds, not enough for guests. Location was good

Very popular with Aussie visitors and definitely caters to them. Staff are lovely but don't bother booking a car with them, they get it wrong every time. Bar and pool are good, cocktails are great. The biggest let down is the rooms, I can't believe that mine was a premier room. The bathrooms are a disgrace, like a throw back to the 1980s. The shower area is bizarre, it has a crazy wooden shower floor, that comes alive at night with insects, make sure that you put the light on, I couldn't believe my eyes, it appears to move, until you realise its ants, moving. Ugh. There's also a resident lady of the night, just at the entrance of the laneway, she's there 24 hours... very off putting. I personally wouldn't choose it again, there's far better choices in Legian.

Staff were great very friendly breakfast very good à la carte plus selection of fruits and deserts on buffet. Our room was poolside very spacious and clean

Staff were very welcoming, always friendly and polite. The pool could do with a scrub around the tiles, but otherwise clean. Would stay there again.

All of the above so . Renovations taking place without notice of intent. They Changed me to a lesser room with no drop in price. The room service was very poor. It took three days just to get pillowcases to the room. Coffee cups and glasses I had to clean myself as they were not replaced. I asked them to take them away for fresh ones and received stained ones as replacements. I checked out on the 27-12-25 instead of the 30-12-25 as I had had enough of the lack of professionalism there. They refused to refund me the two nights I wasn’t going to be there. Would not recommend them to anyone, I would just sleep on the beach.
