Close to city center

Dissapointed with hotel for price paid, as we read reviews and seemed good if a little bit dated, However it needs major refurb specially carpets well worn in halls and rooms, have seen their day. Decor in rooms very very old, air con like an engine good job we didnt need it much. Entrance from car park would nearly make you turn away straight away, on plus side beds comfortable but pillow hard and bathroom facilities were good. We stayed in superior room with jacuzzi very weird room wouldnt recommend it at all. Resturant el toro was very good for breakfast.

Hotel staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. It was conveniently located for our stay.

This was an excellent value option for us for Banff. We took a superior room which was spacious; but didn’t really get to appreciate the mountain views. although the property is tired, most things were in working order: the lift was temporarily unavailable during our stay, but available most of the time. the inside parking is not for the faint of heart with tight spacing and boots almost reaching the ceiling when opened, but I think they have outside parking for bigger vehicles.

Our room was clean and comfortable but the AC was very noisy and woke both of us up several times during the night. The fan could not be set at low. Old machine that worked to cool the room but was the noisiest system I’ve heard.

The room was clean and had a view of the mountains. We had a fridge & microwave. The hotel itself is old and in need of an update. We didn’t spend much time in our room. The parking was free. The location is great. It is one of the cheapest priced hotels we could find. It suited our needs.

The Inn is in a great location. An easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a Superior Suite, 2 bedrooms. However, there is actually only one bedroom, the second bed is part of the open-plan living area. We were travelling with our niece and, had we known there weren't two separate bedrooms, we would not have chosen this accommodation.

The staff were great. It’s an old place. Things are falling apart. There is only one wall towel rack and it was coming off the wall. The maintenance person came and fixed it. The exhaust fan in the restroom was hanging on top of the light fixtures. Most of the electrical outlets were loose so we can’t plug in.
