Otele vardığım zaman personel kavga ediyordu. Kendi başımıza odayı bulduk. Çok fazla ses vardı yatak düzgün değildi

Aile odasındaki havuz yeterince büyük ve iyidi. Genel Kapalı ve açık havuzlar küçük ve fazla derin değildi. Buna rağmen kalabalık ta yoktu. Genelde yanlızdık. Temizlik ve konfor güzel. Meydana yakın ve etrafında marketler çok yakın.

Fantastico
It's located in city center. Restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. Pamukkale travertine is 10 minutes drive. A couple of reading lamps would be great but overall we were happy to stay at this hotel.

This property has a spa as its main focus I would say. All the staff even at reception wear clothing like they are in a clinical environment like a hospital, I suppose for the spa. Even the building feels like you’re walking around a hospital. There was no warmth or friendliness at all. No English from any staff. Breakfast and rooms were ok, even where you are served breakfast it feels tucked away in the corner of a hospital. It’s a shame because we have seen such warmth and hospitality around Turkey.
