Great location, rooms a little small. Bathroom very small but OK.
Could hear other people in adjacent rooms and cleaning staff, but no real problem.

Central location near markets was good. Noisy on market night but earplugs provided.
No breakfast provided which we thought it was.
I would not choose this hotel again.

Ottimo Good place to stay, near many eateries and shops in Old City with a delicious Mango Addict shop downstairs. Sunday Market is just outside so very convenient. Don’t miss it!
Comfortable rooms if a little worn and bathroom has a bit of a smell.
Apart from that the staff were friendly and helpful so would recommend

Perfect location for exploring the old city!
Clean rooms, friendly attentive staff.
Rooms at the front of the hotel do get slight traffic noise however we moved to the back of the hotel and it was silent, comfy and the perfect t base to explore

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean!! Beautiful premises. The staff was very kind and helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting chiang mai and I hope to visit again soon.

The staff was so friendly and wonderful!
Room was cleaned daily and the ladies were very sweet.
We had an excellent week long stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
