Room was clean! Bed was comfortable! Stayed on 4th floor and was very quiet! Easy walking distance to whatever you would need i.e. 7-11 (bottled water), massage, pharmacy, coffee shops, open market where fresh food can be purchased. Several laundry drop off places. Little balcony off the bathroom where you can hang wet clothes or smoke. Elevator available. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet place just 2 or three doors down for 200Baht approx. 6USD. Plenty of street food vendors as well as sit down restaurants just around the corner. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Honestly, I'm ready to go back!

Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and WiFi is good. Sink faucet is too low that hands are often hit. Sign for room cleaning service regarding when to drop room key could have been clearer.

The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers.
My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh.
Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use the hotel again should I visit Chaing Mai in the future.

A great hotel! Area is perfect, staff are great and rooms are spacious with a great shower.
Don’t hesitate to book this place if you’re heading to Chiang Mai.

Fantastico The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Great location, great rooms for the rates, and just a lovely spot in old Chiangmai.
