We really liked this hotel. We booked two rooms, and although we couldn’t be side by side the first night, they were accommodating and helped us find an option a day later to be next door. The laundry machine was the cheapest and most efficient we found out of hotel in-house machines. And although the hotel officially doesn’t offer breakfast, there’s enough in the lobby in the mornings to get us going (buns, tea eggs, drinks, dumplings, snacks). We all enjoyed our stay!

Booked a room for two, with a single bed. Room given was just two single bed pushed together. The room itself was alright not great not bad.
All the people working there were very friendly and welcoming especially the manager!

The hotel is located near a Department store SOGO and also adjacent to many restaurants. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel but it is clean with very helpful staff. I left my eye drops in the hotel when I left. I called from a different city requesting that they send the eye drops to me. They promptly sent it to me. Very efficient service

Elizabeth Hotel is located in a convenient location within walking distance of the National Museum of Natural Science. A lot of busses stop on the main boulevard for pretty much any destination.
Amenities provided and room has a refrigerator. Average sound insulation but the hotel is located on a backstreet behind the shopping center so traffic is minimal.
Cleanliness 4/5 and rooms look a bit dated.
Staff friendliness 5/5 really nice and helpful with providing directions and recommendations.
Room rates are affordable on weekdays but a silly amount on weekends 😂
