This hotel offers great amenities and a fun atmosphere for families. We really enjoyed the easy beach access, and the nightly shows were entertaining and kid-friendly. The water park was a unique feature that set this resort apart from others. Several staff members were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The pool views were incredible, and the resort definitely gives you the feeling of a high-end vacation.
On the downside, some of the dining staff could be a bit unfriendly when it came to requests. It often felt like nothing was offered unless we specifically asked for it. For example, our room was supposed to be stocked with snacks, but they were never replenished unless we requested them.
Overall, this is a great family-friendly resort that offers something for guests of all ages. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. Next time, I would probably try to book a better room to get the full experience the resort has to offer.
