The staff were always helpful, including the valet people. My car was always waiting for us when we came down to go somewhere. The bar was also very nice.
The first day we arrived, the room was very clean. The next day our room wasn't cleaned until after 6:30 pm. So we, basically, went 2 days without cleaning. We saw the maid cleaning the room next door, and asked her to please at least give us new towels. She cleaned the room, gave us fresh towels and did an excellent job.
The toilet paper and tissues were single ply. I did not expect that from a hotel that is rated so high and is very expensive.
