Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Silom Serene. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I appreciated their professionalism and hospitality.
There were, however, a few areas that could be be improved. The walls seem quite thin, so I could hear doors from neighbouring rooms closing, and if your room faces the main road, traffic noise at night can be quite noticeable and may disturb light sleepers. On one morning, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Several dishes were left empty and were only replenished after guests informed the staff, meaning fresh food was not readily available. In addition, used plates sometimes remained on tables for 15 minutes or longer before being cleared. With improvements to sound insulation and breakfast service, the overall guest experience would be much better.
