The resort was great, the staff was pleasant. They try to get you to sign up for these memberships that are basically like a time shares. The way they get you is by offering you coupons worth about 300 US. You have to make sure you read everything and if you sign up for it best believe you will pay for it no matter if you go or not. I had a great time though until it was time to leave from the resort.

Staff were nice & helpful. The biggest issues we had are the a/c in the rooms are terrible. YOU WILL BE HOT. We called maintenance 3 times throughout our stay because our room would not cool down & very humid in the rooms. The buffet is small but wasn’t too bad.

They charge me for a room for two people, even though it was only me it would not refund me for the Other will never use this company ever again

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food or don’t eat pork I would not suggest this resort. The property, room, and staff were great. I was just really disappointed in the food. It was just okay.

Hotel is awesome for 25-40 olds, the elevators situation stops this hotel from excelling. The staff does work hard. Diamond Club bartenders are awesome hope they are recognized.

1 bartender at the swim up bar when majority of the guests are there. bar tenders were rude. Bar is not 24 hours, room service does not come with liquor. The ceciling in our room started leaking. The elevator take forever like literally plan to wait 5-9 minutes for an elevator. Steakhouse food wad horrible and the waiter was not friendly. Sports bar food takes forever to come out even when there arent many guest in the establishment. Not enough music at the pool bar. they stop serving liquor like an hour before the pool bar closes which is crazy. no complimentary drink upon arrival which was a bummer. I dont think I would stay here again for the price point I paid. No point of me getting diamond club if I wasnt going to have a diamond club experience.

I recently stayed at Royalton CHIC Cancun with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and we had an incredible time from start to finish. The atmosphere at the resort is unmatched! There was always something going on—from the DJs and pool parties to the nightly entertainment. The energy was fun, vibrant, and perfect for an adults-only getaway. The entertainment team did an outstanding job keeping guests engaged throughout the day, and the evening shows were just as enjoyable. If you’re looking for a resort with great vibes and plenty of activities, this is definitely the place. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel valued throughout our stay. The food was also very good. We enjoyed several of the specialty restaurants, and there were plenty of options to satisfy everyone in our group. The drinks were well made, and the bartenders kept the good times flowing. The beach was beautiful, the pools were clean, and the overall property was well maintained. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Royalton CHIC Cancun to anyone looking for a fun vacation with friends, couples, or anyone who enjoys a lively atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean room, nice staff, beautiful views. The beach and pool are easily accessible and it’s a great place to vacation if you like your vibes high.
