Staff were helpful, there were signs of some degradation in the room, but was clean enough. And the pool and view is phenomenal.

The staff came everyday and was very curtesy, kind, and helpful! Our beds were made consistently aswell as new towel in the bathroom routinely. I had a problem with my TV and it was fixed promptly. The shuttle was useful and mostly available(some weekdays it would run on weekend hrs for some weird reason). The only thing that I would tell anyone before they book is that there isn’t a nearby MRT/BTS station. The best way to get to one would be through the shuttle to central Rama 9 otherwise you will have to use Grab or Bolt.

Overall the stay was nice, rooms were quite even staying next to elevators and corner room, my only down side was option for breakfast not too many vegetarian options everything had meat in it, the chef was nice enough to make me stir- fry daily which one reason I thought this hotel had waffles or basic breakfast but I was fine with what I got, second day my hot water was gone, cold showers for next 4 days (not bad if you turn off a/c and open up door) but the staff was so nice and accommodating, overall I still had a good stay, made the best of it

The customer service at this hotel was the worst i've experienced while in thailand.When first checking in the guy issued us our room key and sent us on our way . No direction of where to go for the lifts etc no assistance or even offer of assistance with our luggage. There was a time when we were waiting at the bar area of the lobby basically the same desk as reception and 2 members of staff were talking amongst themselves(they weren't serving anyone)we waited and waited before i had to ask for assistance. All we wanted was ice and hotel info stated that the lobby bar was open until 11pm . It was 10:25pm when we asked,the lady said bar was closed and directed us to buy ice at the nearby store. The pool was supposed to be available between from 7:30am but we went up at 8:15am and was told by a member of staff who was staring into the pool that it would be accessible in 1 hour as he needed to clean it. We went back over an hour later at 9:30am and it was open but when we got in the pool it was not clean. There were flies on the top (thats not too bad ) but also what looked like skin particles or little bits of stuff in the water we could see it everywhere and had to get out . The pool was not clean. The rooftop bar also i never saw anyone serving there any of the times i went up. Our room was immaculate and very clean. Comfy beds and 2 tvs. Lots of space, a safe to keep belongings. The lobby area had a consistent smell of the toilets.Issues with room keys.

Excellent staff, incredible views from the sky bar pool area... Would stay there again.

The 2 bedroom space we stayed in was exactly as described. The view was amazing and those so many restaurants in the lobby of the hotel as well as a 24 hour store very similar to their 7-eleven stores. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was breathtaking. I would definitely stay again when in bangkok

This place is wonderful! It offers a fantastic view of the city. Additionally, guests can enjoy a workout, relax with a massage, and dine at the excellent restaurant on the first floor. To conclude the evening, the rooftop bar provides a stunning view. I can't wait to come back!
