We didn’t see the staff except at check in. The room was stark, which we could have taken, but the beds were literally like sleeping on a board. I’ve never seen a bed that hard.

Bene Need to climb stairs. No lift access. Quite far from city.

Bene The hotel is clean, comfortable and away from the city. You have to enter off a lane way behind the Big C mall. No other entrance. There is a dog hanging around in the laneway. It scared me so I was a little nervous walking up and down the laneway but had to do it. if you ok with dogs then it's a none issue.
There is the Central Plaza mall less then 1 mile away as well as other hotels and restaurant.
City is 2km away but seems longer. I would tuk tuk to the city.

Fantastico I would highly recommend this apartment to stay. There is a shorter way to Big C by way from the car park. For your information, it only costs me 60 baht to get to the night bazaar.
