Our first visit to Bali. The staff at this resort were amazing! I appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met - including packing breakfast for us when we had to leave early one morning and would miss their sit down breakfast. Speaking of which, that was such a perk! The food was good and there were generous amounts. Love, love, love! We used their spa services for massages. They were decent for the price, Deluxe room is very small, get a suite!

Lovely and welcoming staff, great location - about a 20min walk into central Ubud - but away from all of the noise, and great amenities. The pool area was often quiet and so plenty of space to relax after a day exploring. We received a free upgrade on arrival too, which was very welcome and appreciated.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Ubud is very busy and loud but the hotel was quiet and serene offering a getaway from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend!

A lovely oasis in Ubud. If you planned to stay onsite and just relax, it's great. There is a gorgeous pool and a spa where you can get massages. I didn't feel great about walking on the streets immediately off site. Not because it was sketchy, but there was a lot of traffic and no space to walk. Sometimes you had to walk on the road and I'm a terrified American that didn't want to be taken out by fast moving vehicles. I feel that's reasonable. The actual hotel was amazing though. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful. You were provided a basket of tropical fruits daily in the room. Breakfast was included and abundant options available. On top of that, you had tea time in the afternoon. When you did want to go on an excursion, you can catch one of their shuttles that drop you off along a path that included city center and the monkey forest. I didn't partake in the other activities offered, but definitely look into things they offer for free. I changes daily I believe. If I ever returned to Ubud, I would not hesitate to come back here.

Fabulous hotel, the staff is amazing and really cares about the guests (not the level of mediocre service that you see in touristy areas such as Kuta / Canggu). We stayed during weekdays for two nights and I wish we stayed there for a week. There are daily activities at the hotel, free shuttle to the main area and a spa-center on site. Recommend!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were initially in had some maintenance issues, but when we raised our concerns, they promptly changed our room and helped us move our belongings. The food was good, and the location was convenient, close to the shops and only a 10-minute drive to the city centre. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the city centre. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastico
Everything was extraordinary… the swim pool is magical… staff super friendly. The only downside. I stayed in an upper level unit - it was larger room but there seemed to be a problem with insulation… I could easily hear next door room.. or when they walked around or opened a door… so not super private.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was well organised. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Just the stars for the friendly staff and spa but not really recommend this hotel as the management was so poor once resolving the issues and not worth spending money here. The rooms are not sound proof, the breakfast was average. The gym does not have sufficient machines. So, in general, will not be back here and will not recommend it to anybody else.
