Hotel a Chiayi

first time staying at this hotel and despite being a 3 star hotel, the hotel is good with spacious rooms, good variety of breakfast and great location which is just next to wenhua night market. however I didn't see many facilities within the hotel except a restaurant. staff members were generally friendly and helpful but I faced one or two staff at the reception who seemed impatient to answer my questions. check-in and checkout were quick which was fantastic. overall, I will still come back to stay with thos hotel if I visit chiayi again.

Overall, the accommodation experience was very good. The environment was spacious and comfortable, and the public spaces were also kept quite clean. I recommend arriving at the hotel early to look around or relax. The hotel provides underground parking, and if the parking lot is full, you can also park in a nearby parking lot and the hotel will assist with paying the fees, which is very thoughtful. The room includes indoor slippers, making it comfortable and relaxing to stay in, but the number of seats is slightly limited, which may be a little inconvenient if you want to eat or pack your luggage. The location is also quite convenient, about a 15-minute walk to Cultural Road Night Market, making it easy to grab a late-night snack or go shopping at night. I especially recommend the nearby A'e Doujiang Douhua, which is delicious and has a local feel. Overall, with comfortable space, convenient transportation, and parking friendliness, this is a hotel I would be willing to visit again 👍

Vantaggi: 1. La posizione è proprio al mercato notturno di Wenhua Road, con un parcheggio convenzionato nelle vicinanze (gratuito, ingressi e uscite illimitati), e un buon isolamento acustico. 2. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. 3. L'orario di check-in è fino alle 21:00, ma poiché non sarei riuscito ad arrivare in tempo, ho chiamato per effettuare il check-in telefonicamente. Mi è stato detto che avrebbero lasciato la chiave della camera alla sicurezza (per fortuna alla fine sono riuscito ad arrivare in tempo). Consiglio a chi non riesce ad arrivare in tempo di chiamare in anticipo. 4. Dopo le 21:00, l'accesso avviene tramite una porta laterale. C'è la sicurezza, il che dà un senso di sicurezza. 5. La colazione è semplice, buona e gustosa, con poche scelte ma di qualità. 6. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera per sei persone, la stanza era molto grande. C'era persino uno spazio per appendere i vestiti (sarebbe stato ancora meglio con una porta, per cambiarsi comodamente), con tre letti grandi (uno dei quali leggermente più grande di un normale letto matrimoniale), un piccolo soggiorno e un frigorifero. Abbiamo dormito bene. Uno dei letti era più morbido degli altri, ma per me non è stato un problema. 7. Sono fornite acqua in bottiglia, bustine di tè e i biscotti "Laoyang Fangkuaisu". In pratica, non ci sono difetti. La prossima volta che verrò a Chiayi o se qualche amico mi chiederà un consiglio, raccomanderò questo posto. Consigliatissimo!

The Chiayi Maison de Chine is the hotel with the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. I want to stay at Maison de Chine every time I come to Chiayi in the future. The stay also includes a happy hour voucher where you can eat snacks and drink cocktails, draft beer, or red wine next to the lobby. There aren't many snack items, but it's a nice service to have. It's also very close to the Cultural Road Night Market, within walking distance. Both motorcycles and cars can be parked in their underground parking lot.

A huge thank you to the extremely helpful male receptionist who was on duty at 1:30 PM on October 13th. I left a plastic bag containing six souvenir packages in the lobby. I didn't realize it until I got to the train station, so I quickly called the front desk to confirm. They said they had it, and I told them I would take a taxi back immediately to get it. I told the taxi driver to keep the meter running, and that I would just run in and come right back out. Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the entrance, I saw that the same receptionist was already waiting for me at the door with the bag in hand. I was so sorry for the trouble! Thank you so much for your help. Also, the room was large and comfortable – a great experience overall.

Suitable for bringing children, it's very quiet, and the food is good. I recommend adding an extra $250/person for the late-night snack. The casserole fish head soup and vegetarian noodles are all-you-can-eat. I prefer the French bread with butter, which is very delicious. The service attitude is excellent. They even gave us a small apple upon checkout. Thank you for the hard work of the staff. The Grand Cosmos Resort Ruisui is also very good and worth recommending.

Parking spaces fill up quickly. It would be a plus if there was a shuttle from the more distant parking lot. On the day we checked in, the breakfast area was super crowded and filled up fast. If you don't want to wait, you can take it to go and eat in your room. The night view from the top floor is beautiful and perfect for enjoying a drink.

Conveniently located near the train station. My parents are elderly, and the reception staff were very friendly and patient with their inquiries. The hotel was also quiet and comfortable. It will be our first choice next time we visit Chiayi. Thank you for bringing our family wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a plus that our receptionist was a Filipina as well and she was really accomodating and nice. For improvement, maybe some of their staffs are not yet able to communicate in English but we are thankful that they we're really trying to converse with us using a voice translation which is a plus for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay in our hotel. Hoping that we will come back soon and stay here. The location of the hotel is really great too because all the places are accessible plus it is just a 5 minute walk to Liuhe Night Market which we enjoyed. All the food there is worth the try you can also go to Pier 2 quickly using train or Uber. The breakfast buffet is also good because there are some options such as noodles, eggs, mantau, porraige, breads, fresh fruits and milk. Our favorite will definetly the fresh fruits. For upgrade also we suggest for daily cleaning of the pool because we weren't able to swim since the water is dirty.
