Hotel a Makati

Really made it a point to book here because, aside from the big space in the kitchen and living room for our small birthday celebration, the pool also has 2 big kiddie pools where my kids can play without worry and with no need for floaters. Kyla at the front desk was also extremely accommodating. Overall, it was a really wonderful time.

good the place is very clean and good. the staff are very very nice. we do not know if the TV is working. toilet needs to be repainted since it somehow smell. it was a very good stay. the place is very clean. and very good.

- so near at trident tower few steps away so convenient for nclex takers - the guards are so approachable asking them way to trident and even say congrats lifts the mood for takers like me - the faucet and water were dirty has bits of rust when you open the faucet - the hotel should have microwaves on each room even if its just a studio type microwave is a must - nice overlooking view of makati & had fun at the pool area so relaxing - the sink were also clogged - the management should change their cleaning routine the cleaners should have been make permission to us first prior cleaning the room when we are outside the hotel its so shocking knowing they can access the room anytime when we are outside but good thing no item were lost

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to access, with nearby shops and attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. The hotel facilities were also impressive and well taken care of. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and met our expectations. The staff were generally accommodating and quick to assist whenever we had requests, which made our stay easier, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The only minor issue we experienced was during breakfast. We requested a high chair for our baby, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist us with this request at that time. However, the staff tried to make up for it by offering us complimentary chocolate drinks before we left, which we appreciated. While it would have been better if a high chair was readily available, we still acknowledge their effort to provide an alternative gesture. Despite this small inconvenience, our overall experience was good.

The location is perfect. it’s right in the heart of Makati and close to several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. I loved how easy it was to grab a meal or coffee just a short walk away. Whether you’re craving local food or something international, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Transportation is also very accessible, so getting around the city was no problem at all. My family and I had a great experience at I'M Hotel. My son and his cousins enjoyed their wide pool with glass floor, relaxing spa, signature massage and their buffet breakfast. The rooms are huge with bath tubs and they have smart TVs. The front desk staff is very nice.👍👍👍There's a Chinese restaurant beside the hotel that offers great food at an affordable price.

This is our 2nd time in The Belamy House, and I must say that we really enjoyed our stay!! The place is great and so the staff!! We'll definitely visit this place soon!!
