Convenient Transportation: The hotel is located near Florence's main station, just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to and from other cities. Breakfast: The room rate includes complimentary breakfast with a variety of breads, fruits, and coffee, which is quite good! Service: The hotel staff at the entrance were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. We arrived around 12:30 PM, and our room was already ready! When we returned to our room in the evening, they had even left a bag of Italian snack gifts for us! If you're traveling from Rome for an overnight stay in Florence, I definitely recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located just across from the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was comfortable, and everything was spotless throughout my stay.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with directions and recommendations. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of our original room, and our initial request wasn’t accommodated. Thankfully, the hotel upgraded our room, which we appreciated.
Special thanks to Luca from the concierge for being so kind and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, despite the initial issue, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service.
