Hotel vicino a Penang War Museum

cleanliness:very clean just has charlie breakfast:best breakfast many choice hotel location:location good easy access service:best service, has many facilities, paint to life, playground, arcade, swimming pool, kids and senior citizen friendly

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Tuttavia, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, dato che c'erano scarafaggi nella stanza.

Breakfast: Quite hearty and the taste is decent. There are many food options nearby that suit Taiwanese tastes well, though beverage shops require a bit of a walk and are somewhat more expensive. There is a large jug of water in the room. The swimming pool looks quite nice, but it is a bit short in length. There is an MRT line under construction nearby, so traffic is quite messy and you need to pay attention when walking.

staff was friendly~ room is clean and neat! it gives off a home studio vibe and pretty much has everything you need in a home!

Stayed at U Hotel Penang for 3 days 2 nights and overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is located in Sungai Dua, which is a convenient area with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. It was also easy to get around by Grab. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked the location as there are plenty of food options around the hotel, so finding meals was never a problem. The hotel is more suitable as a comfortable base for exploring Penang rather than a resort-style stay, as the facilities are quite basic. Overall, U Hotel Penang is a good choice for a short 3D2N trip if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the Sungai Dua area. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Penang.

The location is very convenient with plenty of food options nearby. However, you need to be extra careful when crossing the street, as the ongoing MRT construction causes heavy traffic and the traffic signals can be quite confusing. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff always keep a smile. The fitness and swimming facilities are well-maintained, the rooms offer great views, are very clean, and even come with complimentary small candies. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

Almost new hotel. Good view at pool side. will stay again next time. Breakfast was good. Will recommend my friend too.
