The hotel staff are well spoken. The hotel was so neat, cozy and it smells so good. The breakfast was soooo good it never disappoints us. The overall service was the best. If you want the best hotel experience on your travel I surely recommend Bella Premier

The staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, cozy ambience, breakfast area had a nice 270 degree view. Nice place to stay!

if u’re picky + appreciate budget stays, this one’s good. we stayed here the whole hanoi trip. convenient spot, near food places + must-visits. staff’s super nice, even let us check in early for free ‘cos the room was ready. overall, super chill + stress-free stay. would def come back :)

The hotel is spacious, clean, and beautiful. It’s conveniently located right beside the HK Sleeper Bus office — a huge help if you’re heading to or returning from Sapa. The location is also great, just a short walk to Café Giang and around 10 minutes to the night market. Overall, a highly recommended stay for comfort and convenience in Hanoi!
