Although the underwater visibility wasn't the best due to the cloudy weather, the Lavender Secret Spot was truly amazing. The instructors were very attentive and professional, which made me feel at ease. The seagull feeding experience was full of surprises. The customer service representative was responsible and polite. Overall, my first experience with the entire team was fantastic. I will definitely choose this company again when I visit Penghu next time. Thank you!

The experience was great! We saw lots of corals, and it was really nice that the shop owner gave us a brief introduction to the ecology of Penghu. We were also happy to learn about the conservation efforts that the local government and residents have been making. Hope more corals will thrive and survive!

Avevamo prenotato l'immersione per il 22 aprile, ma una volta arrivati sul posto, dopo una valutazione delle condizioni, l'istruttore ha notato del moto ondoso e ci ha consigliato di rimandare al giorno dopo per un'esperienza migliore; fortunatamente il 23 il tempo era davvero ottimo! Né troppo caldo né troppo freddo, è stata un'ottima intuizione prendere questa decisione tempestiva! L'esperienza: anche se non era la mia prima immersione, non avevo ancora molta dimestichezza con lo svuotamento della maschera e la respirazione. Una volta in acqua, l'istruttore si è assicurato di nuovo che conoscessimo tutti i passaggi prima di iniziare la discesa graduale, il che ci ha dato molta più sicurezza! Anche se la visibilità sott'acqua non era eccezionale, è stato emozionante ammirare i coralli colorati del progetto di ripopolamento artificiale! C'erano anche tantissimi pesci ed è stato bello poterli nutrire e sentirsi circondati da essi. In sintesi, questa esperienza mi ha regalato, oltre a un grande senso di sicurezza, tanta emozione e allegria. L'istruttore è stato gentile, paziente, mai severo e senza fretta di farci imparare tutto subito; non preoccupatevi troppo nemmeno se venite da soli, e se ci sarà una prossima volta, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo voi ❤️

Even though the instructors are young, they are very dedicated. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard. My first diving experience was truly fantastic; the instructor was professional and meticulous. If you're visiting Penghu, choosing this place is an excellent idea! Everyone, please make sure to read the pre-trip information. Before diving, the instructor will give a lesson, so pay close attention. Underwater, the instructor even made bubble rings, which I initially thought was a new hand signal, but it turned out to be a fun little game! The overall experience was absolutely wonderful!
