Cosa fare a Tamborine National Park

è un'esperienza nuova e straordinaria!!! Non ci aspettavamo che "hop on hop off" significasse che potevamo scegliere dove andare, scendere e salire liberamente e facilmente, permettendoci di esplorare tutta l'area della foresta nazionale di Tamborine... Sono così soddisfatto!!!

Gary è una guida molto competente, conosce tutto sull'habitat della foresta. Ci ha guidato a trovare una famiglia di canguri selvatici e ci ha condotto a localizzare 3 koala sullo stesso albero. Ci ha indicato uccelli di varie specie. Abbiamo anche gustato un perfetto tè mattutino con nuovi amici simpatici in una giornata di sole. Abbiamo camminato attraverso il parco nazionale e visto la cascata senza alcuna difficoltà.

The glow worms themselves were beautiful and definitely worth seeing, and our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the tour. However, the overall itinerary felt inefficient, with quite a lot of time spent traveling compared with the actual time at the glow worm site. The bus ride was also quite bumpy and uncomfortable, especially for a longer journey with children. Overall, the glow worm experience and guide were very good, but the transportation, scheduling, and overall value could be improved.

Tania was a wonderful guide. She made an effort to get to know each member of our group. Her commentary was very thorough—besides introducing us to the glowworms, she also shared a lot about the forest ecosystem. Along the way, we even spotted some small animals and enjoyed a beautiful starry sky.

Questo tour di un'intera giornata ha un itinerario ricco, ma è così ben organizzato che non ci siamo mai sentiti di fretta e ci siamo goduti appieno ogni sosta. Il nostro autista/guida turistica deve fare il doppiatore o il conduttore radiofonico nel tempo libero, perché ci ha intrattenuti con curiosità affascinanti per tutto il viaggio; anche se vi dovesse capitare di appisolarvi, vi risveglierete comunque più informati! Ha anche orecchie e vista da falco per avvistare la fauna selvatica, assicurandosi che vedessimo tutto ciò per cui siamo venuti. Consigliatissimo!

Tutti gli adulti e i bambini si stanno divertendo! Tutto il personale è così disponibile! Siamo entusiasti!

Un'esperienza estremamente rigenerante, la guida Terry è stata molto efficiente nel guidarci, il personale della cantina è molto professionale e anche il pranzo era delizioso. È un tour perfetto da fare insieme ad amici amanti del buon vino.

We took this tour with our 8-year-old child, and we were deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of our guide and driver, Michael. From the pre-trip email confirming the hotel and pickup time to his punctual arrival, the service was impeccable. Along the way, Michael kindly provided explanations and took us to the Glow Worm conservation center. Unlike fireflies in Taiwan, these glow worms are tiny, and entering the cave felt like being immersed in a vast starry sky—it was both magnificent and beautiful. Afterward, we went to Eagle Heights for a panoramic view of the Gold Coast, then headed to a stargazing spot to witness a stunning sunset. What touched us most was Michael's thoughtfulness. He prepared mats for us to lie on while we rested and ate. The dinner was simple yet incredibly delicious. Our child loved the Australian sausages so much that he ate four! I also really enjoyed the sparkling white wine, and when Michael noticed, he enthusiastically took a photo of the bottle for me, making it easier for me to find it again when I return to Taiwan. The starry sky that night was unbelievably beautiful. Through a powerful telescope, as grand as a utility pole, we clearly saw Jupiter and numerous star clusters, and we were even able to take photos with our phones. Michael's explanation of the constellations was easy to understand, and our child learned a lot. This was a peaceful and surprising nature trip, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who loves nature and stargazing.
