Tour di Featherdale Wildlife Park

Siamo stati al Featherdale Wildlife Park e abbiamo fatto il tour delle Blue Mountains per la nostra luna di miele! Abbiamo viaggiato con la guida Kim Taeyoung, che ci ha raccontato storie divertenti sull'Australia e su Sydney durante gli spostamenti e ci ha spiegato benissimo ogni luogo, permettendoci di goderci la giornata in totale relax e senza mai annoiarci. Ma soprattutto, fa delle foto davvero fantastiche! Anche se non aveva una macchina fotografica professionale e ha usato i nostri telefoni, ha trovato le inquadrature perfette e sapeva esattamente dove scattare, quindi i risultati sono stati persino migliori del previsto. Essendo in luna di miele volevamo tantissime foto insieme, e grazie a lui ne abbiamo salvate molte che ci piacciono davvero tanto! A Featherdale è stato bellissimo poter vedere canguri e koala da vicino, mentre le Blue Mountains dal vivo sono davvero uno spettacolo mozzafiato. Il bel tempo ha reso tutto ancora più perfetto. Nonostante il tour duri un'intera giornata e ci sia parecchio tempo da trascorrere in viaggio, grazie alla guida Kim Taeyoung è stato comodo e divertente. Oltre alle spiegazioni eccellenti, credo che chiunque cerchi una guida capace di fare ottime foto ne sarà particolarmente entusiasta. È stata una giornata indimenticabile della nostra luna di miele. This was a Korean tour group, and although my friends and I are not Korean, our tour guide Kelvin was very attentive to us, frequently checking in English to make sure we understood. The zoo had a wide variety of animals, and while the park itself was a bit old, it was clear that the staff cared deeply for the animals. For dinner, we ate in a small town, and Kelvin thoughtfully recommended several restaurants; the laksa at Number 8 Eatery was particularly delicious. The weather wasn't what we expected, as it was cloudy and rainy, so we couldn't see the sunset or the stars. However, Kelvin still tried his best to ensure we had a good experience, taking us to see the bridge and the opera house, and providing blankets and umbrellas to group members who needed them. We understand that the weather is truly unpredictable, and knowing that the guide did his best, it was still a good experience.

Great experience. Enjoyed Sydney zoo a lot. Blue mountains is also nice but how i wish i have more time so i can explore the place more. the time we have is not sufficient to enjoy the place. just enough to try all the three rides.

Sono andato in inverno e il tempo era perfetto, soleggiato e fresco allo stesso tempo. Mark è stato un'ottima guida. Ci ha aiutato a scattare foto, soprattutto a chi viaggiava da solo come me. Ci ha portato in un bel punto panoramico che non faceva nemmeno parte dell'itinerario. Si è assicurato che fossimo accuditi. Complimenti a lui. Il pranzo incluso era buono ed era in un posto piccolo e accogliente. I tempi del tour erano perfetti. Nel complesso lo consiglierei.

Jayden was a splendid guide! The tour was informative & Jayden was very helpful throughout the tour. The tour route is beautiful as well, the Blue Mountains’ vast scenery was really magnificent! Jayden also had good recommendations throughout the tour! The lunch spot was also much better than expected - the thai food is good! Overall we had a splendid time. :)

My mom, sisters, and I had a wonderful time on our Blue Mountains day tour! We loved that we were able to see all the sites well before the crowds arrived. There was almost nobody else around, we were able to enjoy the majestic sites in peace. Sean was also a fantastic tour guide! His commentary throughout the tour was equal parts informative and hilarious. We will definitely recommend this tour to friends and family who plan to visit Sydney.

Traveled to Sydney with my family - party of 6 - two young children and two seniors. We didn’t want to rent a car so we decided to book this private tour. Joseph was our tour guide and he was fantastic. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off right at our hotel instead of having to travel to a separate meeting place which was good for grandma. He was knowledgeable and patient answering my kids’ questions. We went to the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park where we got to feed kangaroos and touch and take a photo with a koala. We specifically wanted to go here versus other zoos because it featured Australian animals and is easily walkable. Joseph recommended the best places to sit and stand on the cable cars at Scenic World to get good photos and views. He showed us which trees were eucalyptus and tea tree and we were able to smell the oil by rubbing the leaves together. We enjoyed our tour and were very comfortable in the van. Had a wonderful time for our first full day in Sydney!

a bit more time for Lunch at Leura to explore the town and at Featherdale would be ideal.

Un'ottima esperienza per visitare il Parco Nazionale delle Blue Mountains. Abbiamo visto lo Zoo di Sydney e ci siamo divertiti a Scenic World. Anche il belvedere delle Tre Sorelle è un posto perfetto per ammirare le Blue Mountains. Vale la pena visitarlo, soprattutto se è la vostra prima volta a Sydney!
