Il viaggio è stato fantastico. La guida turistica è molto comprensiva e disponibile. Si è assicurata che stessimo bene e ha sempre controllato ogni persona del gruppo. È davvero gentile e simpatica. Uno dei migliori tour che abbia mai fatto.

L'esperienza di prenotazione è stata semplicissima. La signora Han è stata la nostra guida e ha fatto un ottimo lavoro dall'inizio alla fine, garantendo una comunicazione chiara per goderci la visita a Ba Na Hill. Il veicolo era pulito e la guida molto sicura. Nonostante il tempo fosse nebbioso, la signora Han si è premurata di fornirci dei poncho, che altrimenti sarebbero stati molto costosi a Ba Na Hill.

I booked this trip while I was in Hanoi as I would be in Hoi An in a few days. the booking system was very easy and after confirming everything I had a WhatsApp message with all the information that I needed. on the day of the trip I was picked up from my hotel at the exact time they had told, several other people were also picked up and then we were off to Ba Na Hills Sunworld.the minibus was comfortable and a perfect temperature and the driver was very careful and considerate of our safety. our tour guide was Mr Bean and he was a very funny guy and very informative and knowledgeable, he explained everything perfectly and gave us precise timings as to the various stops throughout the day..nothing was any trouble for him and he made the trip a very good experience for all of us…as for Sunworld, it is a magical place with plenty to do and see…a Vietnamese Disneyworld at the top of a mountain…!…I highly recommend this experience.

The transaction was really smooth and had no problems whatsoever. We were able to enter the theme park and the buffet area smoothly. Our driver, Mr. Kevin Lê did so well in driving us safely to and from Ba Na Hills. He was really nice and friendly. Overall the experience was so lovely! Thank you so much!!

Un'esperienza spettacolare qui a Da Nang! Sono sempre soddisfatto di acquistare i biglietti su Klook, poiché sono tutti molto precisi e senza costi nascosti. Vorrei anche dare un 👍👍👍 alla nostra guida turistica molto cordiale di nome "Thanh": servizio eccellente e molto informativo.

La mia esperienza con il signor Hai Map Truc Tuyen è stata molto positiva. Il modo in cui ha comunicato e condotto il tour è stato eccellente, molto disponibile quando gli abbiamo chiesto informazioni sul famoso Banh Mi di Danang, fornendoci anche indicazioni su un delizioso Banh Mi locale. Abbiamo riscontrato un ostacolo, ovvero un ritardo nella discesa da Ba Na Hills a causa della pioggia e del forte vento che hanno causato la chiusura temporanea della funivia, ma l'autista ci ha comunque aspettato e ci ha accompagnato in diversi luoghi secondo le località che erano state indicate. Grazie mille per la sua pazienza e per aver continuato ad aiutarci a trovare la guida turistica quando non riuscivamo a trovare una guida Klook a Hoi An. PS: non vi pentirete mai di aver scelto questo pacchetto turistico privato. 🥰🫰

This private tour was incredibly satisfying. It was worth every penny. Our guide, Eunha, provided explanations based on local perspectives, incorporating history and culture, and interpreted everything perfectly for us Koreans. I had no idea Ba Na Hills was so vast; honestly, if the guide hadn't been there, we would have struggled so much that we might have even argued during our honeymoon. 👀 She knew all the shortcuts and tailored the route to our preferences, so it was wonderful to just trust her and follow along, haha. As a couple who loves experiences, she was considerate enough to arrange extra activities and take photos for us. Her Korean was excellent, so there were no communication difficulties at all. She also recommended the signature cave at Marble Mountains, which allowed us to get 200% out of the experience, making it truly enjoyable! 🤩🤍🩵 Also, as an introvert, I don't like overly energetic guides, those who talk too much, or those who try to control things. But Eunha was genuinely comfortable and kind, treating us so well, so I highly recommend her to fellow introverts! 👍 The driver also drove safely and comfortably, and it was great that the car didn't smell like cigarettes, haha.

Abbiamo prenotato e visitato Ba Na Hills e il Ponte d'Oro. La comunicazione è stata eccellente durante l'intero processo. Risposte molto rapide ed efficienti. Grazie per aver reso questa esperienza memorabile per tutti noi. Un veicolo incantevole e un autista delizioso con acqua fresca sia prima che dopo hanno reso il tutto ancora migliore.

We had Milo as our tour guide for this trip and he is great. From the start to the end, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the trip. He gave us tips and advise for our Ba Na Hills trip and went out of the way when we wanted his help for eg. looking for money changer.
