Un'esperienza da provare assolutamente! Mi sono divertito tantissimo alla fattoria incontrando gli alpaca e dando loro da mangiare. Personale cordiale. Molto istruttivo.

Thoroughly enjoyable hop on hop off tram experience. A good way to get a quick tour with some history to the city and its main sites. The redemption of the tickets at the office was simple and smooth. Commentary by the driver was informative and entertaining. Defintiely recommend trying this for first timers to Christchurch!

The whale watching activity was canceled due to bad weather, but the tour guide seemed inexperienced and unable to arrange and execute a backup plan in a timely manner. When we stopped along the way, they also didn't announce the meeting time. Luckily, the group members were quite good and didn't cause any delays. The guide did provide some brief commentary along the way, and there was someone in our group who didn't understand Chinese, but the guide hardly used English to accommodate them.

È un tour davvero consigliato! Soprattutto in autunno 🍂, gli alberi lungo la riva si tingono di rosso e ci sono anatre e oche canadesi in gruppo, molto carine. Il barcaiolo illustra la storia e i punti di interesse lungo il percorso, arricchendo le nostre conoscenze! È un'attività adatta a tutta la famiglia!

We had a wonderful private tour to Akaroa and the alpaca farm from Christchurch. Although it was more pricey, the private tour was absolutely worth it. The highlight of the trip was definitely the alpaca farm. We had plenty of time to feed, pat, and take photos with the alpacas, and we also learned a lot about these gentle animals from the informative session. Our driver & guide Zhen was friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the day. We especially appreciated how safely and smoothly he navigated the winding hill roads to the alpaca farm, which made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. The tour was well organised and relaxed, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Christchurch and looking for a memorable day out.

We booked a Queenstown to Christchurch transfer tour for June 26th. From the start, communication was seamless; the reception team quickly answered all pre-trip questions and sent helpful safety reminders. Everything was perfectly well-prepared. The driving was exceptionally safe. Our morning guide was high-energy, sharing great local stories. The guides clearly love their jobs and the NZ landscape, taking us to secret viewpoints with plenty of photo time. Their boss even called ahead during the trip to check road conditions after recent snow—a thoughtful touch. They also saved our day at Mt Cook by providing ice spikes when we realized our running shoes weren't enough, alongside water and snacks. The transition to the next leg was seamless. The lady who took over was highly responsible, ensuring we forgot nothing and waiting with us. Finally, our Christchurch driver safely dropped everyone off right at their respective hotels on time. From the moment, I was picked up at my hotel accommodation to the trip it was nothing but amazing. The tour driver was very knowledgeable and very ethusiastic during the trip. All of our itinerary and tourist spots were ticked off. I highly recommend to do this Tranzalpine tour from Christchurch to Arthur's Pass. It was my first time in Christchurch and I fell in love with the place. Castle Hill, Otira Viaduct and Devil's Punchbowl Waterfall is a must see + we get to see a Kea bird. I would surely come back next time.

Had a lovely day out with our guide John, who entertained us the whole way with his tales and humour. Do note that this is the version of the tour without the TranzAlpine railway, and they will combine both tour groups. You can still get on the train with their help, but it’s cheaper to just get the train package tour from the start. John helped to sort us out and the ride was definitely worth it!

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo divertiti moltissimo durante il viaggio di 13 ore in furgone da Christchurch a Queenstown. Il costo del tour ne è valsa la pena, dato che abbiamo potuto goderci tutte le attrazioni e le fermate che abbiamo fatto. Gli snack e il pranzo erano anche deliziosi e sazianti. Rosie ci ha prelevati dal nostro hotel e ci ha portati al Lago Tekapo e al Monte Cook, mentre Abbie ci ha guidati dal Monte Cook alla High Country Salmon Farm e poi al nostro alloggio a Queenstown. Il viaggio in sé è stato confortevole e sicuro. C'erano 3 posti liberi nel furgone di Rosie, mentre quello di Abbie era pieno con 16 persone a bordo. È stato un modo davvero divertente per spostarsi. Consiglierò sicuramente Cheeky Kiwi ad amici e familiari!
