Hotel a Insbruck

Deficient service at check-in Service: The reception upon our arrival was unfortunately very disappointing. No friendly greeting and absolutely no explanations about the hotel or included services—such as the internet password or the complimentary public transportation pass, to which we were actually entitled. Basic customer service is unfortunately lacking here.

I went Europe for 3 weeks together with older and my kids. We have changed 8 hotels during our trip. Hotel Sailer is the best hotel among all my 4 stars hotel in Europe countries. Because their location is convenient, they have kid playroom for my kids while we were busying with registration, they provide welcome card to guest (allow free travel with local transport), they have good quality shampoo and body lotion that help me reduce skin dryness and free drink in the fridge.

Convenient location near to the old town centre. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice quiet environment

Just amazing. everything. The location, the warm pool, the private parking, the breakfast. Everything is bes quality.
