Hotel a Urayasu

I’m really glad I booked my hotel through Klook. The listing was completely accurate—the rooms were clean, the facilities were modern, and the location was extremely convenient, close to shops and the train station. The instant confirmation and smooth check-in process also saved me time and money. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend Klook for reliable hotel bookings. As for the hotel itself, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s close to many amenities, and upon arrival we were welcomed with free-flow pancakes, drinks, and sweets. They even provide a room stocked with complimentary toiletries and offer free luggage storage for guests. They also offer a free shuttle to/from Disney which is very convenient. A great choice for travellers looking for a hotel near Disney. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I chose this hotel to visit Disneyland, and I was generally satisfied. The staff is very kind, and the accessibility to Disneyland is excellent. There's a free shuttle every 10 minutes, and as a hotel with Happy Entry, it's a relatively cost-effective option. You don't need to prepare for an early morning open run with your child; you can have breakfast and go at a leisurely pace and still enter 15 minutes early. It's a bit old, but it's well-maintained and clean, so it was fine. I chose a garden view room, and we could use the sofa as a bed, so each of us had a spacious bed. I stayed here for two nights after staying in the city for two nights, and it seems like the best choice for a Tokyo Disneyland trip.

accessible to JR from hotel. near to shopping and food. shuttle to disney area. parking is affordable per night 3000 yen. staff mostly Japanese speaking. hotel was slightly dated however it was clean. Great view from high floors.

The room was large, and the breakfast had many options. The French toast was delicious. They allowed early check-in and arranged for the luggage to be delivered directly to the room, and there was also a free shuttle to the station. I would consider staying here again in the future.

For this trip to Disneyland, I wanted to stay somewhere nearby so I wouldn't have to wake up too early or get back too late. I initially found this place on Agoda, and the price was okay, but they only had 4-person rooms left on Agoda, and there were only two of us, so I wanted to book a 2-person room to have more space. But when I actually arrived, I was still assigned a 4-person room, and there was basically no room to even lay out my luggage on the floor... Aside from that, everything else was fine!

our Tokyobay view room is large and spacious, cleanliness is tip top, business desk was also provided. excellent for families. had a mini view of Mount Fuji across the bay on clear days, coastal view was refreshing. free shuttle buses between hotel and Disney resort line and JR maihama station. very convenient within the Disney areas and hotels. there is a paid limousine bus service between hotel and Haneda airport. breakfast buffet from hotel is so so only. good thing there is a Lawson mini mart whithin the hotel premise, can get delicious budget meals and other snacks or necessities. there is also a cafe, Chinese restaurant and Disney gift shop, tour planner, luggage delivery services.

Hotel was reasonable given location and star ranking. Pajamas to wear that was provided on arrival was a nice touch, never experienced it before. Bathroom had a damp smell and grout/walls had signs of mould/wear and tear. The hotel is just a 3 min walk to and from the Disney Resort Liner. Option to keep luggage with bellstaff or self-storage after check-out was a bonus. We dined at the Japanese restaurant within the hotel and did not find it worth the money. Service was poor and food was average. Having a 24/7 convenience store with items reasonably priced was fantastic. On-site coin laundry was okay - 400 yen to wash but 400 yen per 15min to dry clothes (took 1.5hrs to dry), expensive. Was bummed that there was no massage/spa onsite. There was a seated massage that was minimum 3500 yen for only 15mins - hella expensive. There was also a Disney store in the hotel which was pretty cool! It had limited items but handy if you second guessed buying souvenirs while at the park.

hotel staffs were accommodating and friendly. hotel amenities were good and we got surprised that the hotel provided complete pajama set for our entire family. there is also good and different drinks choices that are for free and love the shuttle bus to disneyland which made our trip easier.they also provided a shoe dryer which was amazing!
