I practiced with Klook's staff member Charley regarding tours to Changbai Mountain. The dates didn't work out, but he even helped me find a travel agency to arrange a personal itinerary. I'm so grateful! The travel agency and driver provided excellent service, and the 4-day trip was very safe and comfortable. Thank you. I will definitely recommend this tour to any friends who want to go.

Ci siamo divertiti molto visitando Snow Town e la stazione sciistica di Yabuli, non parliamo affatto cinese, ma la guida turistica ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel comunicare con noi usando il traduttore. Nel complesso, questo tour è altamente raccomandato, se siete stranieri e non parlate cinese, preparatevi semplicemente con un traduttore. L'impegno della guida turistica è 10/10, torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta!

My 3-day trip to Snow Village & Yabuli was truly memorable. This tour is specifically for a Chinese-speaking guide/driver, but I was able to use a translation app. You have to be patient and pay attention to the driver/guide's instructions. However, the snow-snowing experience at Snow Village and Skywalking in Yabuli is unforgettable. The transportation was good, and it looked brand new. The driver was very kind and patient. The hotel in Snow Village was clean and had heating in the room. In Yabuli, I got a four-star hotel. I recommend purchasing this tour through Klook.

Most of the time was spent traveling to destinations (because China itself is a large country), but I spent each day meaningfully, and the schedule started around 7-8 AM and ended around 4-5 PM, so free travel was also possible. Although I am a foreigner who is not fluent in Chinese, everyone kindly explained things again and showed patience and consideration.

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions.
Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us.
Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue.
Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries.
Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!

told them that I won’t be eating since they dont hav halal options and that i will bring my own food. they refund back some amount just for that. didn’t expect that but im glad they did. we didn’t speak Chinese so the tour guide give us translation earbud so that we can also understand. overall the experience is very good. we are glad we book this.

On November 5th, 2025, our family of 4 visited Harbin for the first time. We stayed at a place called Yabuli Qushe Homestay, which is very beautiful and comfortable. The homestay's service was excellent, taking care of us meticulously and very professionally. We also chartered a car with them to take us to the most important attractions in Harbin. They also helped us take many photos and videos as travel souvenirs. We will definitely come back next time and stay here again. Highly recommend this homestay to all friends who want to come to Harbin! 10/10 ⭐

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!
