La signora autista è stata molto gentile. Inizialmente non sapevamo che avremmo incontrato un torii enorme lungo il percorso, ma lei ce l'ha fatto notare e per fortuna ci siamo fermati a scattare delle foto, altrimenti avremmo quasi perso un punto di interesse così divertente!😆

It was pouring rain that day, so we couldn't take a boat ride. Instead, we explored small shops in Kurashiki, ate snacks, made pancakes, enjoyed peach ice cream, had takoyaki, bought button hair accessories, visited the Momotaro Museum (old but funny), exchanged jelly, saw Snoopy and Miffy bread, found Sumikko Gurashi merchandise, browsed denim shops, explored free gardens, visited art museums, and had soba noodles for lunch. There was so much to do! We walked around in the rain from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. After lunch, we took the JR at 2:30 PM to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden! It was a great walk, and the 'Sanpo-ken' (walking pass) was very useful. The three of us bought five passes to use. You can't reuse them at the same store, and each person needs their own pass. For 250 yen, we had a great time for most of the day. It was beautiful and there were great things to buy! Excellent!

We were there on 5 April for our 5-yo daughter. The services were amazing, couldn’t have asked for more! The location is a big plus as it’s just an easy walk of 2 minutes from the riverside.

È un parco divertimenti con un'atmosfera un po' strana. Ci sono tantissime scale, il che lo rende faticoso. Per chi ha difficoltà con le scale, hanno creato percorsi laterali come sentieri in salita o strutture in legno. Non c'è un tema particolare o decorazioni elaborate, ma ci sono molti bambini che si divertono, quindi ci si sente coinvolti nell'allegria. Non tutte le giostre sono ben fatte, ma sono comunque accettabili. Ero preoccupato che non ci fosse molta gente, ma in realtà c'erano parecchie persone. La coda all'ingresso è lunga. I chioschi self-service non si addicono a questo posto! Ci sono solo poche biglietterie dove le persone vendono i biglietti a mano. Salire e scendere le scale e giocare con i bambini sul palco principale, facendoli sedere e alzare, è molto divertente. Il cielo era un po' nuvoloso e la visibilità scarsa, ma credo che la vista sarebbe fantastica in una bella giornata!

La mostra è principalmente incentrata sulle illusioni ottiche, con alcune installazioni dove è possibile scattare foto. Nel complesso, la consiglierei maggiormente a chi ha bambini; noi, essendo già sulla trentina, l'abbiamo visitata molto velocemente. Ah, dimenticavo! Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e molto accogliente con i turisti.

First time staying in Kurashiki? I highly recommend Dormy Inn Kurashiki with Natural Hot Spring Achi-no-Yu ♨️
The hotel has both indoor and outdoor hot springs. You can even see the moon while soaking in the open-air bath at night – it's incredibly relaxing.
There are also many complimentary services, including drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen.
The massage chairs are also highly recommended; it's super comfortable to sit in them after a hot spring bath.
The location is excellent too. It's not far to walk to Kurashiki Station and Kurashiki Old Town. If it's your first time in Kurashiki, I highly recommend staying here! ✨

The hotel is located right across from the entrance to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, meaning you just cross the street and you're in the Bikan area. The hotel rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable. As far as chain hotels go, Ichigo Group will be an option I consider staying at in the future. However, the check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is earlier than other hotels. Other than that, I was very satisfied overall.

The hotel environment is clean! The front desk staff are friendly! We even received complimentary drinks upon check-in! The twin room was affordably priced, spacious, and included a bathtub. The room had a window with a sunny view of the parking lot (allowing two 29-inch suitcases to be opened simultaneously)! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options (the restaurant staff in the morning were very friendly and even gave our child a small gift)! Unlimited complimentary welcome tea and water were available during our stay! Parking was free for those driving. There's also a large shopping supermarket directly across from the hotel! Many restaurants are available nearby for dinner! We highly recommend this as the top choice for Taiwanese visitors traveling to Kurashiki! The next day, you can plan a visit to Kibitsu Shrine (approximately a 20-minute drive) and then continue on to explore Okayama City. 👍🏼
