It was nice and convenient. am solo everything was easy just meet up and the bus will bring you there. Its a day journey where we can pick to go home at different timings whenever we want which is great so i can still have the rest of the day exploring other parts of the city. I started my day at around 8am and went back around 12pm Volga Manor is a fun place to visit, alot of snow & ofc snow activities!! I really love the slide HAHA A must place to visit. ps the cat 😭

Hello. I'm Antoni from Indonesia. This tour is a great option if you only have a short time in Harbin, and a visit to Yabuli is a must. A day tour of Snow Town is perfect, allowing you to explore various fun attractions and even visit Snow Town Village, a truly memorable experience.
On this trip, we had a very funny, friendly, and cheerful guide, Xiao Lou. His service to us foreign tourists was excellent. We also requested halal food and were treated very well. So, this trip was a great, effective, and enjoyable one.

One of the best experiences especially if you have a very limited time in Harbin but would love to experience Harbin to the fullest. The sevice is impeccable, eventhough a tour guide was not included but the operator & driver guided and helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend!

I went on a tour with driver Lee Hui on January 1st. We booked as a group, but we were lucky to go with a small number of people, which was great, and the driver was very kind. He allocated time appropriately for each course and took us to a restaurant in the middle, so I took lots of pictures. However, please note that he only speaks Chinese, so communication may be difficult for foreigners!

Excellent service especially if youre a foreigner. Customer service will inform you of all the details beforehand in english. The tour guide was very helpful and even tho he doesn’t speak english he will try his very best to communicate with you and explain all the details of the trip. All our tickets was paid for and the transportation was very good. This is very worth it and will I will book next time.

We suggest the full activities itinerary if the start time is 8:30AM. We originally booked the itinerary that included only Erlang river rafting and Snow Town. However, upon arrival, driver suggested other activities otherwise we would spend too much time at Snow Town, about 6h just for night view, the highlight of Snow Town.
So we paid an additional 298 yuan per person for the Datudingzi mountain due to the last-minute addition to the itinerary. It is cheaper to book the full itinerary directly from Klook. Otherwise, I would suggest starting at a later time so that you don't spend too much time at Snow Town or you can do other activities like skiing.
Driver was nice and friendly, used translation apps as we were non-Mandarin speakers. Same with the receptionist who helped us with the booking details before the driver was assigned. suggest keeping your return train ticket to Harbin City flexible. We arrived at the train station about 2h earlier than expected, before 7PM.

Una visita obbligatoria per il tuo viaggio ad Harbin. Una parte solenne ed estremamente dolorosa della storia da conoscere. Il tour era in cinese. La guida era un giovane e promettente uomo che sembra essere un dottorando della provincia di Heilongjiang. Ha spiegato ogni mostra e il punto principale delle lezioni da imparare in modo molto mirato ed efficiente. Abbiamo imparato molto da lui mentre mirava a condividere la sua base di conoscenze nel modo più obiettivo possibile.

We chose Yabuli Sun Mountain Ski Resort and it was fantastic. We missed our train, but Jiajia kindly allowed us to reschedule and ski the next day without any issues at all.
The entire team was wonderful — from picking us up at the train station, assisting with ski rentals, guiding us at the resort, and ensuring a smooth return. Jiajia’s sister was amazing too; she brought us for snowmobiling and horse sledding before sending us back to the train station.
Truly worth the trip.
