Il furgone è spazioso e comodo dove tutti i miei bambini si sono goduti il nostro viaggio di 3 ore a Hua Hin. Il suo autista assegnato è molto gentile con cui parlare poiché sa parlare bene in inglese. Inoltre è arrivato puntuale nel nostro hotel. Servizio eccellente ed è molto comodo se si viaggia con bambini.

Durante il viaggio di ritorno, l'autista ha perso la borsa a Hua Hin e alla fine è tornato da solo in macchina a Bangkok! Il servizio clienti non ha la possibilità di affrontare i problemi in tempo reale e non sa nemmeno dove sia il canale per richiedere un rimborso, è una pessima esperienza e non è consigliata!
