Ho dovuto cancellare questa prenotazione perché abbiamo prenotato un trasporto alternativo all'ultimo minuto, ma grazie comunque a Klook per le tue risposte tempestive per aiutarci con il rimborso.
L'autista ha contattato poco dopo che ci siamo messi in contatto con l'azienda locale che ha accettato la prenotazione un giorno prima del trasferimento. I dettagli del conducente e il numero di targa dell'auto ci sono stati resi noti e l'intero processo è andato liscio. Siamo stati portati a Taichung HSR molto prima dei tempi previsti e questo è stato positivo.

Pagare un extra ma di facile accesso... non c'è bisogno di trasportare bagagli pesanti. L'autista è arrivato prima dell'orario stabilito.
Per quanto riguarda la conferma, la parte è un po' lenta, con conseguente tempismo di scontro del mio HSR. Finora il viaggio è stato fantastico! L'auto era spaziosa e l'autista è arrivato in tempo. Non ci sono fermate intermedie, quindi raggiungiamo il nostro HSR in anticipo 👍🏻
Il furgone è puntuale, il signor Chan è un autista molto gentile e fornisce suggerimenti di valore per visitare Cingjing. La durata del viaggio è durata circa 1,5 ore ed è arrivata sana e salva.

Our driver was late for 36mins and we had to call him before we were notified that we was going to be late. Despite the lateness the driver was pretty apologetic and got us to the destination on time so overall it was ok.
