- Please choose the date you intend to pick up the device or leave Taiwan (for home delivery)
- Day charges are calculated from the day you have the device to the day you return the device. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days
- No deposit needed
- For home delivery, the device will be mailed to your home one day before your departure date, this extra day won't be charged
Fair Usage Policy:
- If a large amount of data is used in a short period of time without prior notice, users will experience data speed limitation at the discretion of their service provider
- Please refrain from streaming videos for long periods of time or partaking in other activities which may incur large amounts of data is a short period of time
- Telecom Square is not responsible or liable for data limit due to the mentioned policy, and users will be charged with the appropriate fees during the rental period
Compensation Charges:
- Overdue charges will apply for each day the device is not returned: TWD 600/day
- Loss, damage or breakage of WiFi device: TWD 8,000
- Loss, damage of power bank: TWD 2,000
- Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: TWD 500
- Loss or breakage of cover and box: TWD 300

La rete è fluida e facile da usare. Il tempo di standby è un po' breve. Non dimenticare di portare con te un power bank.
Il segnale è pessimo. Capisco che il segnale non sia buono a Sky City e alle Cinque Terre. Ma anche attrazioni turistiche come Venezia a volte non sono coperte... Anche alcune aree urbane sono molto lente... Non siamo sovraccarichi, stiamo per partire... Non va proprio bene. Altri guardano video, ma non riusciamo nemmeno a connetterci a una pagina web. Non prenderò mai più in considerazione l'idea di usarlo. E quando torniamo in Cina, dobbiamo preparare i bagagli e portarli al servizio di consegna a domicilio "dell'aeroporto", il che è davvero scomodo. Non c'è una cassetta di reso e la consegna è limitata al servizio di consegna a domicilio dell'aeroporto. Dobbiamo trascinare valigie grandi e piccole fino al servizio di consegna a domicilio per spedirle. Il servizio di consegna a domicilio in un altro luogo non era aperto quella mattina, quindi abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci al servizio di consegna a domicilio nella sala partenze...
