This is the best outings in Hanoi. Thank you to Chloe, Rosie, Lily and the Amethyst team for the steady and attentive service. The caves looked amazing and the boats moved smoothly. The views around the bay stood out and the full cruise felt organised. The food tasted good. I still hope for halal options or clear separation of pork items so guests with specific needs feel comfortable. The transport needs real improvement. The guide went MIA. The driver arrived late twice and this affected the group’s timing. Toilet breaks turned into forced sales stops, and the items are not appealing The bus stayed at 27 degrees and felt warm. I struggled to breathe, and I sweated throughout the ride. If the bus keeps that temperature, passengers should have the option to open the windows. I came during this season for the cold weather, not a warm bus. Everything else in the trip looked excellent and the team delivered strong effort. Regular toilet breaks is a must! please improve on this!!

Adoro il tour e un'esperienza davvero fantastica. Abbiamo un viaggio rapido da Hanoi a Halong. È stato un tour sicuro, il cibo è stato fornito e possiamo davvero goderci così tanto il panorama. Vivi la tua giornata insieme a 2000 isole. Intera giornata con pranzo a bordo. Le grotte fanno parte di tutti i tour della baia di Halong poiché ogni barca va alle grotte. Riposati, visita un'altra isola e un giro in kayak / barca di bambù dove puoi sperimentare le scimmie che vivono su un'isola. La cosa migliore a un prezzo più conveniente

Questo è un must quando si visita Hanoi. Le splendide viste sulla baia di Halong e la sorprendente grotta sono decisamente accattivanti. Torneremo a fare kayak.

the trip was wonderful, the food was nice and the activities well timed. Our guide Thang / Tom was amazing so nice he answered all our questions and helped us discover the history of the islands ( thank you Tom ❤️)

The cruise staff were very friendly and helpful, the foods were good and the boat was clean. our guide was a very nice friendly and helpful person. she helped us recover the water jug that we left at the boat.

由於提前一天到下龍灣住宿（推薦來逛來按摩，物價比河內低），因此買了河內來回方案但只搭回程，自行前往國際郵輪碼頭集合。 客服非常積極聯絡，溝通順暢，但是當天不明原因，我沒有看到河內來的導遊與團體，不亂猜測原因，總之信件建議9:00前到，我們在現場也確實向助理報道了，但直到9:32左右我email問客服河內團蹤跡，10:05左右才被助理帶往港口搭船，中間有一些焦慮。 雖然改為10:30開船，先吃美味的午餐再去第一個驚奇洞，但整體體驗時間充足，每個景點都有徹底玩與拍，最後準時16:30回港。 以及，客服免費用自己的名義替我們付了soft drink錢，作為那一小時等待的歉禮，後來也積極協助，安排我們搭豪華遊覽車回河內，非常感謝她（可能是Cloe?)，讓我們整日雖然有些緊張，但是整體愉悅又順暢的完成旅程。
