hassle free to claim, my daughter enjoyed it. i just don't like that the gloves is not included and you should buy it at da store coz u cant enter w/o it. also the ice floor has melted so when my daughter slipped, her skirt was wet.

great experience, less hassle and easy to redeem at the counter. Just need to be aware that sock and glove is not included

My wife and I recently had an amazing time ice skating at Sunway Pyramid, and it was an experience we won’t soon forget. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and the well-maintained rink. Neither of us are expert skaters, but the staff at Sunway Pyramid were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering tips and ensuring we had the right equipment. The rink itself was spacious and well-kept, providing plenty of room for both beginners and more experienced skaters to enjoy themselves. As we took to the ice, we found ourselves laughing and helping each other improve with every lap. The lively music and cheerful crowd added to the fun, making it a joyous experience. It was wonderful to spend quality time together, away from the usual hustle and bustle, focusing solely on enjoying each other’s company and the activity. One of the highlights was the sense of accomplishment we felt as we became more confident on the ice. We took a few breaks to catch our breath & watch the more experienced skaters ice skate around us. Ice skating at Sunway Pyramid was a fantastic way for us to bond and create cherished memories. If you’re looking for a fun and engaging activity to do with your partner, I highly recommend giving this ice rink a try. I went together with my group of friends from high school. It was challenging at first because it was our first time ice skating, but we enjoyed it. It was quite funny when we all tried not to fall and balanced ourselves. I personally recommend to wear long socks as the ice skating shoes may hurt ur skin a bit. However, overall it was a fun experience!

first ever ice skating experience . it’s really fun yet exotic activity. if you have big foot it’s preferable to rent premium skating shoe rather than standard.
