1. Siamo arrivati al ristorante all'orario della prenotazione, ma il personale ha impiegato molto tempo per trovarla e non siamo sicuri del motivo. 2. Il menù del ristorante è lo stesso del menù prenotato, ma al ristorante costa 7300 o 7800 yen a persona, mentre su Klook costa più di 600 RMB a persona, il che equivale a una commissione della piattaforma di circa 300 yuan, un vero furto. 3. Il servizio è stato pessimo. Dato che non parlavamo giapponese, nessuno ci ha praticamente considerato. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi le ciotoline per le salse. Naturalmente, gli ingredienti erano buoni, ma consiglio di evitare questa piattaforma.
