siamo arrivati in tempo per venirci a prendere all'aeroporto, abbiamo prenotato e pagato un mini bus da 12 posti ma il taxi era un monovolume da 7 posti, non abbiamo ottenuto quello per cui abbiamo pagato

L'autista era arrivato prima che arrivasse il nostro programma della barca. L'auto è molto pulita e il guidatore è molto stabile nella guida, è un'esperienza di guida molto confortevole. A proposito, questo servizio è molto conveniente e lo consiglierò ai miei amici.

Ottimo autista e linea di assistenza clienti. Ci sono stati alcuni incidenti durante l'attesa dell'autobus. L'autista, il nostro volo avrebbe dovuto lasciare l'aeroporto all'uscita del volo nazionale e l'autista ci stava aspettando all'uscita del terminal nazionale. Il nostro bagaglio è stato inviato direttamente all'uscita del volo internazionale. Quindi nessuno di noi ha aspettato l'un l'altro. Quindi ho chiamato la hotline del servizio clienti, che parlava correntemente il cinese e ci ha rapidamente aiutato a risolvere il problema. Siamo stati trasportati in albergo senza intoppi. Grazie mille.

Il servizio si riflette nel processo, sono stato in Thailandia molte volte, più piccolo è il posto, meno posso confrontarlo con Bangkok, ma questo è buono.

Ben 40 minuti di ritardo! Il motivo non è per l'attesa del traghetto, ma per andare a prendere un gruppo di ospiti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Quindi i clienti che hanno fretta scelgono con attenzione. Altri sono molto bravi. Il veicolo è pulito e spazioso, l'autista è abile nella guida e veniamo consegnati all'aeroporto all'ora stabilita.
