Il concerto è stato fantastico, ma l'esperienza di ritirare i biglietti è stata piuttosto stressante. Siamo andati alla biglietteria esattamente dove era indicato sulla mappa, e nessuno – né il personale, né le persone dietro gli sportelli – sapeva dove avremmo potuto acquistare i nostri biglietti fisici. È stato molto strano; nemmeno lo staff dell'evento ha potuto aiutarci. Continuavamo a sentire cose come "vai lì" o "non so, prova lì", e siamo stati rimandati indietro più volte. Ci è voluto molto tempo prima di trovare finalmente qualcuno disposto ad aiutarci, e ci hanno semplicemente consegnato i biglietti, senza scansionare il codice o nemmeno controllare la nostra prenotazione. Quindi sì, un'esperienza strana e stressante. Detto questo, il concerto in sé è stato fantastico e siamo riusciti a trovare ottimi posti.
