Setouchi Triennale: Naoshima Day Trip from Osaka

Notes on viewing the Setouchi Triennale Naoshima

• This tour does not include the Setouchi Triennale Art Festival Art Appreciation Passport and tickets to some art facilities at Benesse Art Site Naoshima, nor does it include assistance or agency for admission reservations
• Popular facilities are usually not available for same-day reservations, and some facilities require time-slot reservations. It is recommended that you make reservations in advance.
• Reservation opening hours: Reservations are accepted starting from 10:00 a.m. on the second Friday two months before the tour date
• All trips need to be booked by yourself, and please plan a reasonable itinerary by yourself *During the art festival, due to the large number of people, you may not be able to take the scheduled ferry (departing from Miyaura Port at 17:35). If you are unable to board the scheduled ferry, you will be arranged to board a ferry that is delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes or 2 hours and 50 minutes, and may arrive in Osaka after 23:00. If this happens, the guest will be responsible for the cost of taxi or overnight accommodation, and the operator will not be responsible for any related costs.
• To avoid delays due to traffic and to consider the return time, it is recommended to choose the 14:30-16:00 time period when booking a visit to ensure a smoother trip

• Chichu Art Museum (online reservation required according to time slot)
• Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery "Corridor of Time" (online reservation required according to time slot)
• Family Plan "Nanji" (reservation required online according to time period)
• Family Plan "Kinza" (reservation required online according to time slot)

Notes

• Depending on the number of people, the driver may also serve as a tour guide
• Seats cannot be assigned. If you have any special needs, please inform the tour guide on the day.
• There is no toilet on the bus. Please use the restroom at the rest stop or pier in advance.
• Depending on the number of participants, we may use a minibus or other vehicles
• All notifications for this trip will be sent via email
• Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/tour guide will not contact you in advance
• Only the tour group members are included in the itinerary, and no tour guide service is provided

Other Important Notes

• The order of the itinerary, departure and arrival times, and length of stay may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions, weather, and other factors of the day.
• If you are unable to connect to other means of transportation due to a delay in your trip, the taxi fare or accommodation fee will be borne by the passenger.
• If the trip is cancelled due to weather or other force majeure factors, Klook customer service will notify you. If you do not receive a notification, it means the trip will proceed normally.
• If you are late or fail to attend due to delays in personal transportation, the cancellation fee rules will still apply. Thank you for your understanding
