La camera era estremamente pulita e la qualità del cibo a buffet era eccellente. C'è anche un maggiordomo che ti prepara un bagno di schiuma con oli essenziali, e possono aiutarti a organizzare anniversari e offrirti anche una torta.

房間、設施合格，但服務不到位，不似5星酒店。1. 我要求delay check out，之前已email 要求，但官腔答我要加錢等等，其實得唔得一句，結果check in 時再問比一個鐘我。以呢個價錢，week day，咁樣情況好少。2. 已通知係我太太生日，但房的生日卡竟寫我的名字。3. 其實知係香港人訂，點解前台唔安排懂廣東話的服務？（因為我聽到有人講的，要5星，就要留意呢D細節位。4. 我是訂酒店+自助餐 package 的，但自助餐後走時竟然截住我話我冇埋單，同一間酒店内自家冇溝通，不能接受。5. 游泳池竟然要求客人一定要有泳帽，真係未聽過，但点解訂酒店時不預先告知客人？想迫客人買多賺一筆？其實這些細節一定會令客人反感。廣告話佢定位係香港半島、文華級數，服務真係有排未到位！
