About Wonder World
Wonder World is the Machine of Nostalgia, a magical amusement park from the 1950’s transported through time to help instil a sense of belonging. The amusement parks of the 1950’s was used as a utopian setting where people could seek comfort and escape from the day-to-day grind. Special to Singapore’s cultural heritage, the amusement parks that captivated visitors in the 1950’s were more than fun attractions, they were worlds within themselves that provided spaces for ordinary people to follow their curiosities and aspire to a brighter and grand vision of tomorrow. The purpose of Wonder World is to recapture the spectacular atmosphere of the great trio of “world amusement parks” from yesteryear Singapore.
But simultaneously, within Wonder World, visitors are encouraged to ask themselves what fuels the Machine of Nostalgia and our longing for “simpler and better times''. The amusement park experience seeks to unravel the concept and our application of heritage to the future - a technologically advanced, culturally diverse, and interconnected city of today. In the age of remakes, remasters, and throwbacks, we invite visitors to look beyond the parts that we usually see. To reignite that sense of imagination and wonder in discovering new modes of fun but with meaningful excitement. Wonder World: The Machine of Nostalgia transports people back through time to investigate the very concept of nostalgia, and how it helps instil a sense of belonging and identity amidst the pursuit of life and our dreams.
Each ticket admits one person and entitles one to a pre-loaded card containing 10 credits which is to be redeemed exclusively onsite at Wonder World, and can be used for various activities including rides and game.

The Singapore Night Festival (SNF) is the National Heritage Board’s signature arts and culture festival in the vibrant Bras Basah.Bugis precinct Since its inception in 2008, the annual festival has presented a diverse mix of artworks and performances by local and international artists, featuring cross-disciplinary acts and influences which continue to push the boundaries and enthral festival-goers.
Festival-goers can expect to be mesmerised by a plethora of activities, including projection mappings, light art installations, performances, other experiential programmes, and food and retail experiences. My kids had fun but the fair is pretty small. only 2 rides for kids and 1 for adult. Queues for some of the popular games are pretty long and it’s not quite easy to score
Nostalgic experience! We enjoyed ourselves! It would be better if the game stations have prizes instead of stamps to redeem things ;)
wonder world is small and nothing much can do inside. $25 with only 10 tokens literally can’t exchange any great gift.
At $25 per person, it’s extremely expensive for 2 rides. how is this justified?
Mi sono divertito così tanto a Wonder World che non ho resistito a tornarci, e sono così felice di averlo fatto! Le nuove giostre e gli stand sono stati una bomba, e le descrizioni aggiunte del lavoro hanno davvero approfondito il mio apprezzamento per la creatività che c'è dietro tutto. Lo adoro! <3
divertente e vivace! Anche se le code erano un po' lunghe e la fiera un po' piccola. Ma nel complesso è comunque qualcosa che consiglierei! Paga con Samsung Pay in loco / pass studenti su Klook per ottenere uno sconto di 5 $.

Sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dal carnevale. C'erano solo 2 giostre. I giochi erano difficili (da vincere). A 25 $ a biglietto (con 10 gettoni inclusi), l'ho trovato molto costoso. Se il prezzo fosse stato di 10 $, penso che le aspettative sarebbero state abbassate.
