- This photography service does not include wedding dress/Hanbok rental. If you need rental services, please ask our recommended merchants.
- We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure you get the time you want. However, although we do our best to accommodate last minute bookings, we would be grateful if you could book at least 4 days in advance
- After confirming the order, Snappro will contact you to discuss your shooting needs. On the day of the shooting, you and the photographer will meet at the designated shooting time and location, and the service time will be calculated from the shooting time determined in your order.
- If the shooting needs to be rescheduled due to force majeure or severe weather problems, there is no charge. Please check the weather forecast 4 days before your shoot. If the weather does not allow for shooting, please fill out the "Change of Shooting Date Form" at least 4 days before the shooting date to reschedule the shooting. If bad weather can only be confirmed 1 day before the shooting, you can also contact us directly before receiving contact from our customer service. We will ask you to fill out the "Change of Shooting Date Form (link)" immediately to reschedule the shooting time.
- In order not to hinder the photographer's subsequent work, guests are kindly requested to arrive on time on the shooting day and reserve the required time (it is recommended to stay 1 hour longer than the original reservation to avoid emergencies). If you are late, we are unable to provide additional shooting time. You can re-purchase the required hours on the platform depending on whether the photographer's time on the day allows for additional time.
