Honestly, this hotel is such a disappointment for a 5* property!
The rooms surely need refurbishing and renovating, we booked a room for 2 people, non smoking since the beginning, yet was hard to find us a non-smoking room, there was one slipper and one robe only.
Not sure when was the last time the carpets were cleaned, all sticky and dirty, let alone the washroom and sink! It’s clogged due to stuck things and lack of cleaning! The shower is another story all together!!!
Loud music all through the night for both nights of our stay despite us being on 32 floor.
True disappointment!
