Clean and large rooms. Staff were very understanding. The only thing I have a an issue with is using the air conditioner since it was not obvious that the black panel near the washroom was for controlling the air conditioner

The location was great, the bathroom is good enough and private, not enough room if you have large luggage, but good enough if you have carry on.
The room is clean, the staff are wonderful and friendly, the breakfast was not great.
Over all, it is an excellent hotel if you are on a budget.
Would definitely recommend.

My group of four all enjoyed our stay here and would book another stay if we return. It is close to the train station and the accessible to the rest of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but sufficient. Breakfast was delicious and served hot. There are Japanese baths (one for men, one for women), and that’s a special amenity. And there are bikes to borrow. And the aesthetic was peaceful.

Great location walking distance to Kyoto station , shopping and restaurants around the corner. Hotel lobby has restaurant providing meals from breakfast to dinner and good reasonable prices. Modern I designed and good size rooms.

Lovely small hotel with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. The staff were extremely helpful with luggage and a package we had to ship. The location is very close to Kyoto Stn which was important for us, but because of that the area is buzzing with tourists and extremely busy and crowded. Not sure if there are quieter areas of Kyoto in April though!
