Luar Biasa The staff is so friendly and helpful! The property is meticulously maintained. There is complimentary cold tea at the entrance so after exploring in the heat it’s refreshing to come back to. The toilets are MAGIC. The rooms were neat and clean. This is close to the oldest temple in Tokyo and a few minutes from Asakusa Station. Highly recommend.

Baik The air-conditioning was set to reset to 22C, so everytime we set it to 24C it would reset to 22C after 120min. We finally figured how to turn off the reset function, but unfortunately we both caught a cold after the second night.

Wonderful location in a quieter area, yet minutes away from hotspots like Sensō-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. Super clean, modern, lovely breakfasts (both the Western and the Japanese), sweet and kind staff. Loved this hotel in Asakusa and so close to the train station and Sumida River, too!

We stayed here as a family of four. The room was tight but still had enough storage that we were able to make it work. Lovely bathroom. Tea in room but no coffee (though free coffee available in lobby). Good location, walkable to trains, nearby temple, restaurants, and Skytree. The real star of this hotel is the complementary breakfast, with both Western and Japanese options available. Unlimited drinks, and miso soup plus a fantastic spread that the adults and children loved. Kimonos provided for adults during the stay too.

Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small compared to what we were used to which made it a bit hard opening baggage and moving around with 4 of us in the space. Otherwise the room was immaculately presented, bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious and a huge serving!

An amazing place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff who always seem to go above and beyond when I was in need. Breakfast is always a great start to the day and the proximity to everything is superb, without feeling like I'm stuck with everyone.
