Within 100 metres of the station and bus links to Kurobe dam and the temples. I have marked excellent relating to this budget priced hotel so very good value. Warning don’t be late for breakfast as it is closes on time !

I had a hard time finding this property. I went to a wrong place and met a local that helped communicate with a staff. Few minutes after, one of them came walking to find me. I really enjoyed this place. It’s not too far from the shrine and downtown area. Amenities are excellent and lovely staff

The hotel is close to railway and bus stations. Also a supermarket is two minutes away.. The front desk stuffs are very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and has no bad smells. Room is large compared with some other Japan hotels. Free breakfast is another plus!

The WIFI was a bit slow and intermittent. The room was spacious and clean the air conditioning kept the room cool but after 7pm at night it was automatically switched to heating as in April it is still considered cold, which meant the room was hot at night even with the system switched off

Looks like a recently renovated property. Clean, simple room. The dining hall for the complimentary breakfast was spacious and clean.

Great location - 5 min walk from the Tobu Nikko station. Simple but very clean hotel, with everything one may need during the stay. Will absolutely stay at again !

Staff were friendly, helpful. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working, so we just off it. Two good things about this hotel is the location. It’s situated very near the train station and has a large supermarket within walking distance. The nearest laundromat was about 5 mins walk from the hotel (which wasn’t ideal when it was rainy season) The bed wasn’t too comfortable and the pillow was way too soft. It was hard to bathe in the toilet as well since the water pressure was not that great and we had to adjust both the hot and cold tap to get the optimal pressure every time we bathe.

This was my 3rd time staying here, great location a few min walk from the train and bus terminal, warm comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, it's a shame they changed the breakfast service, the curry and rice were excellent before... I'd definitely recommend eating at yuba komachi while in Nikko, delicious chicken cutlet curry, very good price and lovely staff, 2 min walk from the hotel

The stay was great. Mae sure you get a really soft pillow because there was a long hard pillow in the bed. You were allowed to get another pillow. I recommend it. Otherwise this was a great hotel and close to train

The room and staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Located very close to the train stations.
