The check in was very slow and the staff made a mistake on checking us in. There is no room service and the towel was very thin and dirty. The noise and music from the street played all night long.

We arrived with other families at the same time, although the lobby/registrayion area was small, the staff were very helpful to check us in and hold our luggages. The room was clean, the bathroom was more spacious than I expected. Location, location, location. We were in the midst of everything. Station, restaurants, stores were all in walkable distance.

The hotel is located perfectly for visiting Kabukicho & is well maintained. There is a restaurant in the lobby area which serves all kinds of Asian food including Thai, Japanese etc which can have a strong aroma as you enter the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful & courteous. The only issue I had with the hotel was that for a hotel with 15 floors they only had one elevator which often meant waiting a long time to either enter or leave.

APA is excellent as far as location, staff and cleanliness. I would highly recommend for those looking to enjoy the nightlife in Shinjuku. The price point was excellent. Great staff that is more than helpful and willing to assist.

The staff were helpful and speaks English well. The room is clean despite it being small. The tub, however, is a bit an issue. I'm 5'1" and climbing in and out was a little scary. I had to hold on to something to prevent from slipping or falling.
The property is well kept. Convenient location to walk to Uni Qlo, GU, Disney Store, Shinzuku Station. Lots of places to eat.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful. I was worried because after booking i noticed some reviews talking about noise issues due to location, but I didn’t have a problem. Rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It’s also in a convenient location close to Shinjuku station making it easy to get to other parts of the city. Overall, would stay here again and recommend it to others.
