Entrance and foyer was smart and spacious. Room and bathroom tight for space. Had to step over piles of dirty sheets to get to our room

Older but well maintained hotel, close walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to both Gare du Nord and Gare d'Est in Paris. Small but functional room. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi. Breakfast was solid, with a reasonable number of cold (and a few hot) choices.

Really nice hotel, with comfy beds and powerful shower. Fridge and safe in room. My daughter and I stayed in a twin room, which was ample space for us. Goodxair conditioning. We had the €12 Euro buffet breakfast which was good. We had travelled on eurostar from London and picked this hotel as it was close to the station (gare de nord). Its also even closer to gare d'est. The only downside is the area. Its not the nicest, prettiest. Travelled with others who had not been to paris before and didn't rate paris due to this. But once we travelled into central paris they loved it. We found a gorgeous little cafe on the same road Danys Deli. Delicious food.

Hotel is very close to the train station, which makes it convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The surrounding station area can feel crowded and a bit rough, and overall it doesn’t feel very clean or comfortable to spend time in. This is more about the general area than the hotel itself.
Rooms are quite small, and the beds are also on the small side.
It works fine for a short stay if you mainly need easy transport access, but it’s not ideal for comfort, space, or a relaxed environment.

Great little hotel with all the amenities and excellent location. Very helpful and courteous staff. Highly recommended. Rooms were also very comfortable.

Very clean rooms and a quiet street very close to many restaurants. Metro is around the corner and 2 minutes away from Gare l'est and 6 from Gare Nord.
The only item not great was wifi as it dropped off from time to time. Staff was very friendly and nice continental breakfast with fresh bread, juices, coffee machine and other items.

The air conditioning was amazing and strong!! Room was clean, perfectly located 4 minutes from Gare du Nord. There was a cute coffee place directly across the street also. Would stay again especially if I need to be close to Gare du Nord!
