Excellent location. Clean hotel.

We all loved the breakfast. They went out of their way to help me being Gluten Free and having the Translator app helped to read ingredients too. The room had air con that struggled but was better than nothing as we were there in a heatwave 41°. All the staff we're lovely, location perfect for the EuroStar and for coming via train from the airport as well. We would definitely go back again.

Clean room, fantastic view. The windows double glassed so very well soundproofed despite opposite the station with a lot of traffic.

Great location and friendly staff. Air-conditioning was a blessing during the high temperatures outside. A nice breakfast is available.

The hotel was very basic, it reminded me of an upscaled hostel but - it worked out perfectly, especially for the price! It’s a minutes walk from the train station, the room was clean, had AC, a good shower and comfortable bed. It’s really small but adequate. I’d happily stay there again.

Overall the stay was great! We only stayed for 1 night and we weren’t quite sure what to expect on a late notice booking The small in-room air conditioner wasn’t very effective but thankfully the room cooled down at night with the windows open The staff were very polite and helpful and the proximity to the train station was key for us. We would stay here again if we needed to, but probably not in the heart of the summer

Basic room, needs air conditioning

New Hotel should be called “Old Hotel”. This property was very dated and the room size was very small. Most importantly there is no central AC at this location. It only offers a portable AC that isn’t strong at all so during summer it was absolutely miserable to sleep at. The furniture was very old and the sheets had stains on them. The bathroom was very small and had one small glass around the shower which meant every time you take a shower, you will wet the entire bathroom. The hotel also doesn’t provide enough towels. It only had three towels so it wasn’t enough to dry everything off. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The only perk was that it is across the street from the Gare du Nord train station. That is it.

This was a great spot, centrally located and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh baked bread in the morning too! Recommend highly.
