We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet.
We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney.
Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby.
The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities!
We're hoping we can stay again soon.

Cukup Baik I had accidentally left my iPad and I didn’t realize till I getting ready to leave the country. They NEVER called and sent or email regarding my items being left in my room. Even though they did notice it in the lost and found. They wouldn’t help get it back and I had to email they a label for the shipping and I’m stilling waiting for it.

This was the perfect hotel choice for my my husband and I plus our two children. All the staff were so kind and helpful, especially with our 6 month old boy - even held him at breakfast so we could eat! The amenities were great, room was clean and really spaciou and all of the free drinks, food and activities were great. A trip highlight for my 4 year old! She didn't want to leave.

AThe location is very convenient for public transportation, shopping and eat out. The nearest station is Tennoji that is just over 30mins from KIX by Limited Express train.
The room was a little small to have 2 large suitcases but very comfortable bed. There are a lots of various amenities from bath bubble balls, cleanser, lotion, hair mask to sunscreen..
There is free light meal from 9pm and all free alcohol and soft drinks all the time!

Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing breakfast, standard room was big and comfy beds. Very family friendly with an amazing helpful staff I recommend you and your family book your entire Ōsaka trip here. Thank you Anda No Mori staff and co. for your hospitality.

The hotel has an excellent location next to Tennoji Station. The staff were lovely and helpful. The dinosaur x Bali theme was fun and delightful. The rooms were large by Japan standards, great service, lots of free amenities like drinks, shampoo bar, and more. Highly recommend.
